Once you purchase your Vitality Blueprint plan, we'll walk you through the appointment scheduling process within the platform. To get your blood drawn, you will visit a professional phlebotomy lab within Vitality's nationwide network of more than 2,000 lab locations in the US. We partner with DHA and LabCorp to provide users with the most comfortable blood draw process. To find the nearest lab, use the search tool on our lab partners' website: LabCorp Appointment Search.

Mobile phlebotomy, where the blood draw is done at your home, is available in all states except Hawaii. If needed, this service can be arranged after the purchase. Additional charges apply.

We do not recommend using your own doctor or healthcare provider for the blood draw. Vitality's performance blood panels aren't typically supported through unaffiliated doctors and providers. Bloodwork should be conducted within Vitality's lab network.
