Vitality Blueprint's services are available throughout the United States, except for Hawaii. Vitality Standard (non-US Customers) is available outside of the United States and Hawaii. This version does not include costs for bloodwork tests but Vitality’s platform does carefully guide you through the process of collecting the correct blood tests locally and submitting lab results to Vitality for detailed analysis, interpretation, and personalized health and performance recommendations.

For residents of New York and New Jersey, please note that direct lab visits for blood draws are not available due to state regulations. Our laboratory partner will assist in locating a testing center in a nearby state. In New York, you also have the option for a mobile blood draw. With over 900 lab locations in the Northeast U.S., we'll make sure your Vitality Blueprint blood draw is easily completed.
